|UK Power Networks is the UK’s largest electricity distribution network. We do not generate or sell energy, we own and maintain power lines and substations across London, the South East and East of England making sure that the lights stay on for over a quarter of the UK population. Listening to our stakeholders is a key priority for us and I am writing to invite you to our upcoming Stakeholder Roadshows being held in late September and in October.
The idea behind the Roadshows is to give stakeholders from across the regions we serve the opportunity to engage directly with us, give feedback on the services we provide today and in the future. At these roadshows we will be discussing:
- how we support vulnerable consumers during a storm;
- how to provide a customer service that suits all of our customers’ needs;
- how we are innovating to deliver a reliable service and protect the environment
The dates and locations for the three upcoming Roadshows are:
Friday, 29th September, 2017Canterbury Cathedral Lodge, Canterbury Cathedral, The Precincts, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 2EH
Monday, 2nd October, 2017 Firstsite, Lewis Gardens, High St, Colchester, CO1 1JH
Monday, 9th October, 2017 The Salvation Army Regent Hall, 275 Oxford Street, London, W1C 2DJ
