Chair Yoga: Tuesdays at 3.30 pm – starting 5th September

Chair Yoga is practised on a chair and/or using a chair to support standing poses. You will be gently guided through traditional Yoga poses, simply adapted to being performed on a chair. You will get the same wonderful benefits, including improved strength and flexibility, improved spatial awareness, confidence as well as a reduction of stress and anxiety.  Classes include breathing techniques and relaxation. Bring a blanket!

 

Gentle Yoga: Wednesdays at 5.00 pm – starting 6th September

Gentle Yoga is a caring, compassionate class where you can start discovering all the benefits of Yoga in a safe, non-competitive environment. You will get to move your body with your breath, gain strength and flexibility as well as calm and confidence. Classes finish with a wonderful relaxation so bring a blanket!
